    • Sample clean-up
    • Protein quantification

  • Protein separation - 2D gel electrophoresis
    • IPG-IEF
    • SDS-PAGE

  • In-gel trypsin digestion - accelerated method

  • 18O-stable isotope labelling

  • Principles of LC-MALDI
    • μHPLC Reverse phase peptide separation
    • Automated spotting

  • MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS data acquisition

  • Data analysis
    • Protein identification
    • Protein quantification

 

Attention: The course will be given in English and Spanish on language demand, thus, both will be used without any given restriction in this course .
